Description
This slightly used (1 owner), white Kenmore 23 chest freezer with 21.3 cu ft of storage space is an older model, manufactured in March of 1987, but it runs very well. It did not get much use because it was purchased in anticipation of an expanding business that did not meet those expectations which is why it looks and runs like new. The overhead door to the freezer has a light built in that does work. It does not have temperature control that some new freezers have, but this freezer was manufactured in the U.S.A by Kenmore, a reputable company in the refrigeration business before the "the planned obsolescence" era, so it should give you many, many years of run time. -There is a lock to the overhead door, but I no longer have the key. -It runs fairly quiet at an average of 50db. -There are no drawers, just one built-in shelf at the bottom on the right hand side. - Model # 198.8173312 - Serial # E 71031737 -Chord length: 4'8" Outside dimensions: Length: 62.125" Depth (front to back): 27.75" Height (top to bottom not including cart it seen sitting on in photo): 35.375 Inside dimensions: Length: 57.625 Depth (front to back): 23.125 Height: 29.5 21.3 cu ft of storage space In the photo section, I uploaded a video attempting to show that the freezer is functioning properly and operating at a temperature of -10 degrees F. From the time I plugged in the freezer, I checked the temperature after about 5 hours, and it was a few degrees below 0 (F). I again checked the temperature the next morning, this was about 22 hours after I had plugged in the freezer and the temperature was at about -10 degrees F and holding. The time it took to bring this freezer within temperature is within normal range for a freezer of this size. I have videos documenting this but, I could only upload one, so I have provided the last reading I took at -10 degrees F. There are no returns and local pick up is required. Please let me know if you have any questions, I will do my best to answer them in a timely manner. Thank you for considering.
